Festo U.S. plans 100 manufacturing jobs in Mason

MASON, Ohio — Automation technology company Festo U.S. plans to add 100 jobs in the coming months.

The company recently completed a plant in Mason. Festo is seeking various positions including manufacturing engineers, assemblers, technicians and machinists. Those with experience are preferred, but the company also is willing to train new hires.

Festo moved to Mason in 2013 thanks to tax incentives from the state that required it create 250 jobs in its new home. Other places it considered were Georgia, North Carolina, Illinois, Michigan and Pennsylvania.
