PorchLight Rental Service shines in national ranking

STOW, Ohio — PorchLight Rental Service recently was ranked the top rental assistance provider in the 2015 Relocation Managers Survey. Industry service providers ranked PorchLight the highest in customer satisfaction.

The survey was conducted by Trippel Survey and Research. Trippel was founded in 1994 by Alan Trippel. Trippel Survey conducts unbiased, comprehensive surveys each year with corporate managers concerning supplier performance, and publishes this information with quantitative scores for relocation professionals. This is Trippel Survey’s first time recognizing rental assistance as a service segment of the relocation industry.

Over the last seven years, according to Worldwide ERC, renters have consisted of 52-58 percent of corporate relocations. Notwithstanding, the Trippel Survey revealed that 41 percent of employer respondents were unaware of national rental finding services.

“This tells me that we as a relocation industry segment have a tremendous opportunity to educate employers on the services available to the ever-growing renter population,” said Diane Ayres, president and founding partner of PorchLight.

“PorchLight is honored to receive this recognition,” she said. “These survey results confirm that PorchLight’s service standards, professional rental agent network and above all our associates, rank as the best in the industry. We’re committed to continued collaboration with our relocation management company partners, to bring quality rental service solutions to employers and their relocating associates.”
